How do you maintain the blade and how easy is it to clean?
It is recommended to clean gently with the attached brush after each use. It is recommended to oil the blade with a few drops of oil before and after use — this keeps it sharp and prevents it from overheating. It is important to note that the body of the machine is not waterproof.
What is Zero Gap and how do you set it?
Zero Gap is the blade adjustment to a zero line — the distance between the stationary and moving blades is reduced to 0.2 mm, allowing for a close cut to the skin and sharp, defined lines. The machine comes factory-adjusted. If you wish to change it, the included Phillips screwdriver allows for precise adjustment without additional tools.
