Sweepstakes Rules — TRITON × Instagram

Reading these rules constitutes full agreement to the sweepstakes terms. Participation in the sweepstakes is subject to meeting all conditions detailed below.

1. Sweepstakes Organizer

TRITON (hereinafter: "The Company"), which operates the website triton.style and the Instagram page @TRITON.ISRAEL.

2. Nature of the Sweepstakes

A promotional sweepstakes aimed at sales promotion, intended for customers who purchased the POSEIDON product on triton.style.

3. The Prize

• Single Prize: A full refund of the product price (₪400) for 1 winner only.
• There is no cash substitute for the prize other than the explicit cash refund.
• The prize is non-transferable.

4. Eligibility and Participation Conditions

Basic Condition: Age 18 and over, resident of Israel.

How to Participate — all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Purchase of a POSEIDON product on triton.style.
2. Follow @TRITON.ISRAEL on Instagram.
3. Share the official sweepstakes post to your Story and tag @TRITON.ISRAEL.

Each participant is entitled to one entry only. Multiple purchases do not increase the chances of winning.

5. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes will take place during the period published in the official Instagram post. The right to change or extend the sweepstakes period with prior notice is reserved.

6. Winner Selection Method

The winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible participants. The draw will be conducted by the Company on a date to be announced in advance.

7. Notification to Winner

The winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram within 48 hours of the end of the sweepstakes. The winner must confirm their win within 72 hours of receiving the notification; otherwise, a new draw will be held.

8. Prize Delivery

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirming the win.

9. Disqualification of Participants

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who acted contrary to the sweepstakes terms, submitted false information, used bots or unfair methods.

10. Company Employees

TRITON employees and their immediate family members living with them are not eligible to participate.

11. Responsibility and Limitations

The Company is not responsible for technical malfunctions on social networks, non-receipt of messages, or any factor beyond its control. Instagram (Meta) is not a sponsor, endorser, administrator, or in any way associated with this sweepstakes.

12. Privacy Protection

Information collected during the sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of managing the sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with TRITON's privacy policy.

13. Changes and Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to change the sweepstakes terms, cancel it, or postpone it at any time, for reasons at its discretion, without liability to the participants.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable law is Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
