Returns Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy — TRITON

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981

14-day return period — No questions asked, provided the product has not been opened.
1-year manufacturer's warranty — For any manufacturing defect.
Defective product — Immediate replacement at our expense.

1. Right to Cancel — 14 Days

In accordance with section 14c of the Consumer Protection Law, a remote purchase (internet) entitles you to a right of cancellation within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product — without the need to provide a reason. The count begins on the day the product reached you.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product has not been opened and has not been used.
  • The product is in its complete original packaging, including all accessories.
  • The request was submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • There is proof of purchase (order confirmation).

Please note: The POSEIDON shaver may be considered a hygiene product. An opened and used product cannot be returned. Do not open the packaging if you are unsure about the purchase.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us — Email with order number and cancellation request.
  2. Receive confirmation — We will confirm within one business day and send return instructions.
  3. Send the product — Send to the address we provide, in its sealed original packaging.
  4. Inspection and credit — After receipt and inspection, a credit will be issued within 14 business days.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was received defective.

Physical Return — Self-Collection

You can return the product directly to us without return shipping costs:

4. Refund

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the product and confirming its integrity. Credit card processing may take up to an additional 7 days.

Cancellation fee: For cancellations not due to a defect — 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

5. Defective Product / Non-Conformity

Received a defective product or one different from what was ordered? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. A representative will get back to you within one business day.

Solutions we offer: Replacement with a new product free of charge / Repair / Full refund without cancellation fees. The cost of return shipping and the replacement product — at our expense.

6. Manufacturer's Warranty — 12 Months

Included: Mechanical and electrical malfunctions due to manufacturing defect; battery failures in the first year.

Not included: Damage due to water use; drop/impact; improper use; natural wear of the blade; self-repair.

For service under warranty — contact us with the original order confirmation.

7. Exceptions

Returns are not possible for: products that have been opened and used; products damaged due to improper use; requests submitted after 14 days; products without original packaging.
