Terms and Conditions — TRITON

⚠️ Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase on the website. Placing an order constitutes full agreement to the terms specified below.

1. General

Welcome to the TRITON website, operating at triton.style (hereinafter: "the Website"). The Website is operated by TRITON (hereinafter: "the Company"), which is engaged in the marketing and sale of shaving and grooming products for men. Use of the Website and/or purchase of products through it constitutes full agreement to the terms of these regulations.

The Website's privacy policy is an integral part of these regulations and binds the customer in addition to the terms specified above.

2. Definitions

  • The Website — triton.style and all its subdomains.
  • The Product — any item offered for sale on the Website.
  • The Customer — any person browsing the Website or purchasing a product through it.
  • Order — a purchase request completed and approved by the Company.
  • Business Days — Sunday–Thursday, excluding Saturdays, holidays and festivals.

3. Use of the Website

Use of the Website is permitted for ages 18 and up. Placing an order constitutes a declaration that you are at least 18 years old. The user undertakes to provide correct and accurate details, and not to make illegal use of the Website.

4. Order and Purchase

Order confirmation by email constitutes proof of receipt of the order only. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases (price error, out of stock) with notice to the customer and a full refund. Orders can be placed 24/7; processing takes place on business days between 09:00–18:00.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time; the binding price is the one set at the time of placing the order.

Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or cash to the courier upon delivery. Credit card details are transferred directly to the secure clearing company and are not stored by the Company.

6. Shipping and Collection

Shipping is carried out by HFD courier to your home. In most cases, the package arrives within 1–2 days, up to 5 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders up to ₪500 — ₪35 (incl. VAT)
  • Orders over ₪500 — free shipping
  • Exceptional localities — ₪40 (incl. VAT), up to 7 business days

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to the sender. A customer who requests to receive the product again will be required to pay additional shipping fees.

7. Transaction Cancellation and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a distance purchase transaction can be canceled within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received.

Cancellation conditions: The product has not been opened or used; it is in its original complete packaging with all accessories; a written cancellation request was submitted within 14 days.

Cancellation fee: Up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was received damaged. It is also possible to return physically to the address above without return shipping cost.

8. Manufacturer's Warranty

All TRITON products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for mechanical and electrical malfunctions caused by a manufacturing defect.

Not included in the warranty: Damage due to water use, drops, improper use, natural wear and tear of the blade, self-repair.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — TRITON logo, product name POSEIDON, Website design, images and texts — are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Company may change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Website and will come into effect 7 days after their publication. The applicable law is Israeli law; exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts in Israel.
